Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of services provided by Air Spyder®. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Air Spyder® offers the following services:

• Network Design & Implementation.

• Virtualization & Cloud Consultancy.

• Network Operations & Support.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.

• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account information.

3. Payments and Fees

The fees for our services are specified in the service agreements or quotes. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, and failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Service Availability

We make every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our control.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Unless otherwise agreed, MCMC regulations (Malaysia) or PTA regulations (Pakistan) will govern all communication and service provision under these Terms.

For clients outside Malaysia or Pakistan, the communication regulations of the client’s home country will apply only if explicitly agreed upon in writing by Air Spyder® and the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Air Spyder® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You are responsible for any outstanding payments up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia or Pakistan, depending on our discretion, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
